We built it backwards from flavour, not faff. Low acidity, smooth enough to drink black, about 30% less caffeine than ground — so no jitters, just joy.
Just 100% coffee. A blend of premium Arabica and Robusta beans with Microground coffee powder, brewed and freeze-dried into our Kinlett Chips™. They look a little odd, but they lock in flavour and dissolve cleanly.
